Cheat Day.

Over the holiday season I bought The 4-Hour Body (as a gift for my brother, but it was so good, I kept it for myself). Since then I’ve been on the Slow-Carb Diet. Lost almost 15-pounds, a bunch of inches, yadda yadda yadda, go me.

The best part about this “diet” is every Saturday, I have myself a cheat day. I eat whatever the hell I want, and force myself to eat as much as humanly possible. Here’s what I’ve had to eat today. 

  • 2 mini Cadbury Creme Eggs.
  • A small bag of Fritos Hoops.
  • Snickers bar.
  • Bottle of Pepsi.
  • An entire bag of BBQ chips.
  • 2 more mini Cadbury Creme Eggs.
  • Triple Bacon Sampler from Denny’s.
  • Glass of grapefruit juice.
  • Maple Bacon Sundae (OMG SO MUCH SYRUP)
  • Pack of orange Tic Tacs.
  • Minute Maid Lemonade.
  • Soy vanilla latte.
  • Box of Pocky.
  • 2 more Creme Eggs.
  • 3 Sleeman’s Honey Brown.
  • Crackers with Boursin cheese.
  • The rest of the mini creme eggs.

Dinner plans include, Bisquick biscuits, spring rolls, and an entire bag of ketchup chips.

I’m not a calorie counter, or good at math, but I’m pretty sure that adds up to a boatload of food.
